Understanding the pricing structure of Doctopus is essential for maximizing your experience with the application. This guide will clarify the various pricing details and clarify the refund policy, ensuring that you can make informed decisions regarding your plan.

Total Documents

The Total Documents number refers to how many documents you can upload AT ONCE, depending on your selected plan. Essentially, this is your document storage limit. If you reach this limit and wish to upload new documents, consider deleting old and unnecessary ones to free up space.

For example, if you choose the Basic plan, you can upload and store 100 documents at once.

New Chats / Document

The New Chats / Document number tells you how many chats you can initiate for each document, depending on your lifetime plan.

For example, you can create 10 chats maximum per document if you're on the Basic plan.

Note: Chats ≠ Messages. A chat represents a conversation, while a message is an interaction within that chat.

New Chats / Month

The New Chats / Month number signifies your total monthly chat limit, regardless of the number of documents you've uploaded. This means that no matter how many documents you are working with, you are restricted to a specific number of chats each month.

For example, the Advanced plan allows for 200 new chats per month.

Messages / Month

The Messages / Month limit represents the total number of messages you can send or receive monthly, regardless of the number of chats.

For example, with the Basic plan, you might have a limit of 1,000 messages per month.

AI Credits / Month

Your AI Credits / Month indicates the total monthly AI credits available to you. These credits can be utilized for various AI-related features within the app.
